PS4 Controller Support?

Will this game be compatible with the PS4 controller?

It has Xinput and Dinput support[www.neogaf.com]. Steam also has DS4 support now, so it would work either way.

Bad news, the game does recognizes Dinput DS4 but wrongly configured and with no Dpad detection. The game has a controller custom config option but as the dpad does not working it is not a proper support. I'm using a Dualshock 4 + Dualshock 4 Wilreless Adaptor. Just to be clear I'm talking about NATIVE support as the steam DS4 support, DS4Windows and InputMapper does not count as NATIVE and can introduce input lag and cpu overhead in rare cases if you have a very low end machine, even if is not noticible.

Well, someone found a way to config a DS4 controller to NATIVELLY have correct inputs but with Xbox controller button prompts by editing the config.ini file located at ..\Users\YourWindowsAccountName\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\ULTIMATE MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3\config.ini, you can use RUN with "%AppData%\..\Local\capcom\ULTIMATE MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3" to get there easilly and then setting it like this:

In my case with official Dualshock 4 Wireless Adaptor I had "ProductName=DUALSHOCKR4 USB Wireless Adaptor instead" of "ProductName=Wireless Controller"

I use a cheap $10 bucks controller.. works perfect and without a 3rd party software..
