Yeah it seems there was another Win10 update :( It's getting hard to keep up with these... Here is the new package you need to download, worked for me.

Tried and unfortunately didn't work for me.
I have bitdefender and here is what to do with it (it shouldn't be so different with others anti virus), u need to open Bitdefender, click on "see functions" (arrow), go to "advanced threat defense", click on the wheel (bottom right), click on "Add to white list" then u find on C or D: Steam, SteamApps, Common, Marvel vs Capcom infinite and click on mvci. exe to add it on white list and OK.
Then it's done, problem solved.

Mais acho que no meu caso era a falta do Visual C++ 2005,2008,2010 eu só tinha instalado o de 2012 em diante.... Nesse vídeo ae mostra como instalar tudo necessário.
