Controller not working.

Literally, my xbox one controller and xbox 360 fightpad are not working. They won't do anything on the menu.

I'm stuck too. I do not see a setting to use controllers. I was planning on using an xbox 360 controller as well.

Same thing with me. I am trying to use my Street Fighter IV Mad Katz 360 controller, but none of the buttons or anything else works in the game.

Apparently gotta be genuine. I unplugged my 360 fightstick and the xbox one controller works now.

So Mad Katz controllers won't work with this game? That really stinks! I use this controller with all PC fighting games since the d-pad is more precise than the regular 360 controller. The only other game that doesn't work with this controller is Killer Instinct, but that's on my Windows 10 OS, I'm using my Windows 7 OS for UMVC3.

How do you configure the Right and Left Triggers on the madcatz SF4 controller? They move the Z-Axis up and down in the Game Controller->Properties pop-up.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot get the official microsoft 360/one fight pads to work
