I won't say he's easy or that you need to "git gud" (because seriously, how come people honestly say that with a straight face), but rather "he gets easier the more you start figuring him out".
Just avoid getting frustrated, that will just cloud your judgement, slow down your reactions and make you start doing stupid mistakes just because you want to hit him. Also, it's harder to study his patterns when you're too angry to think.
If it starts getting too much, just stop for a while, take a deep breath and just tell yourself that you'll do better next time. You learn more from your defeats than from your victories anyway.
He's only got 1 one-shot move. Basically, he's just like a Dark Souls boss.
