Galactus Mode

How do you activate Galactus Mode? it used to be LB+Back+A on Xbox 360 or L1+Select+X on PS3, but it doesn't seem to work on Steam. Am I missing something?

I think you have to beat Arcade mode a certain amount of times. Though I beat it like 4-5 times trying Normal and Hard and still didn't get Galactus Mode. On the original, the game would tell you when you unlock it and appear at the bottom with the other button hints.

Edit: Apparently you need 30,000 PP to play him
