OMG. I can probably play it on my laptop as well then fairly well. It's the HP Star Wars Laptop Touch.
That's unfortunate. You'd think for a 7 year old game it would be easy to run, and I can run Ultra SF4 at a decent res all medium settings except shadows. Oh well. Maybe there will be a patch.
That's your problem. You think this is a 7 year old game, but it's not. This is the 1080P 60FPS version as seen on PS4 and Xbox One. Your system is NOT designed to handle such games.
Nice that it can be customized to run at such low settings. That person probably should try that.
Ah that makes sense. Would explain why it's causing issues thank you. Wasn't aware it was the PS4/XBone version.
I've tried running it in all the resolutions down to 640x480, as well as editing the ini file.
