*sigh* All right, let's have a quick lesson on assumptions. So this thread started with a bad pun. Cool, no problems there. Grüntherspöth instantly assumes I only play 3 people, right off the bat. I do not. Just like him I play almost everyone. I reply in humour, jack of all trades? See that ":P"? Trying to have some friendly banter.

I am one of those jack of all trades players and I'm also just bad at UMVC3. But I enjoy it. I only ever played UMVC3 online with friends. Even then it was from Australia to America so it was quite laggy.

But apparently like every other Steam board the people here are only looking for the next argument and thing to make assumptions about so they can get upset. Assumptions, they make an ass out of you and me. :P But then again you'll probably dig your heels in like most other users and not admit that *maybe* I wasn't being serious and just looking for friendly banter.

Lol I'm more excited for people that are playing UMVC3 for the first time. It's a really fun game if you don't take it to seriously. However, it does feel very rewarding once you have the proper team composition and learn all of the advance combos. There's no better feeling than doing Magneto's flight combo into hyper grav loops.

Although I do have a team( Magneto, Doom, Akuma), I am ass at fighting games lol. I am inconsistent with combos and I just plain suck. Any newcomers will definitely enjoy the game. Have fun and see you online.

I pretty much suck at this game in terms of competitive play but the game is so damn fun.
I poured many hours into the ps3 version and I will play this version a lot too.
Maybe its time I get gud.

We can only hope the modders jump over to this game as well! I certainly hope they can work their magic like the games before this. That'll really make this something special

I did the same when my roommate had the game. Never owned it myself, so I never learned any "real" combos. Just had fun using random all and fighting my friends. Online mode was just a disappointing parade of beatdowns without mercy. Wonder if anyone is like-minded and just wants to start a group that plays for fun.

Hey man, I'm willing to play for fun. If....the multiplayer works somewhat well that is...lol

Not everything needs to be super serious. Haha!
