also totally forgot that 'very hard' was unlocked after the first run. i played it in 2011....feels like yesterday but it was quite some time ago
To clarify this actually, in Trine Enchanted Edition the ”What's next?” achievement doesn't require you to have enabled the Hardcore mode. Only the difficulty setting Hard is needed for it. :)
Let me know if you have any other questions about this.
I was about to make a thread, but I think this answers my question. I just completed the Enchanted Edition and was looking to activate Very Hard mode for the achievement, but it wasn't showing up. I got the Trine platinum on PS3 and remember playing on very hard for the trophy. Just wondering then, any reason very hard was removed?
Good to know. That means I could have played on hard from the start, but tbh I'm not complaining, just another reason to play the game again.
Trine Enchanted Edition has equivalent menus to Trine 2. So, we decided to leave it like this. If you're just looking for an extra challenge, you can always turn on the Hardcore Mode. :)
Let me know if you have any other questions about this. Cheers!
