White screen of death?

I've been searching online to fix this issue. I've attached what the game looks like in game and in the main menu.

These are my hardware specs:
i9-9900k / rtx 2080 super / 64gb ram / win10pro

I have tried the following to resolve my issue:

Reinstalling the game onto all 3 different ssds
Running the game in each different ssd in compatibility modes 7 and 8
Running administrator mode while in either 7 or 8
Verifying the integrity of the game cache multiple times
Attempting to open the game in various resolutions from 720 through 1440.
Changing all graphic settings from low to very high / windowed through 170 hz
Changing through all stereoscopic 3D modes
I've attempted various different launch options such as:
-disableMinidump
-screen-fullscreen 0
-screen-fullscreen 1
-screen-width 1024 -screen-height 786
-screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080
-screen-width 2560 -screen-height 1440
-force-d3d9
Reinstalling gpu drivers then reinstalling the game with comp and admin modes on
Reverting to an older gpu driver then reinstalling the game with comp and admin modes on

All that being said, When I launch Trine Original in the launch options, that version works. However in that version I am unable to play with friends, which would therefore render that version not useful for my purpose.

In another post one of the devs had asked a user for what was written in their log file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Trine\_enchanted_edition_\log

This is what is in that file:

I also sent an email to [e-mail] with pictures and my dxdiag.txt file.
