No just no specimen 2 is inspired of the lub-glubs in that show however.

This game aint even scary....... No horror game has been able to legitametly scare me yet, only jumpscares

Isn't it obvious? The devs are clearly a fan of Cartoon Network. Not only does the game use a similar art style to Adventure Time, Specimen 2 is based off Lub-Glubs(as stated by Insaneslasher), a creature from the show. Specimen 8 is also based off The Beast, the antagonist from the mini-series Over the Garden Wall which was aired over Cartoon Network. On a side note, Over the Garden Wall is an amazing show. If you are reading this, what are you doing? Do yourself a favor and start watching it NOW! Creepypasta fans may find certain sections of the show quite interesting as well, considering that despite it being a kid's show it has an extremely dark and macabre atmosphere, more so in some parts then others.
