I get to the part where your in the wine cellar and the guy comes down the hallway and I always get caught no matter what. I've watched tons of people hide in the same position and cellar row and they're fine... please help?

once you go into the room, read the note and then go to the boxes in the corner and press e on them.

It's kind of awkward. There's a handful of times you gotta hide. You know it worked when you click on a hiding place and it moves you into it. There was an older update where you could stand in the corners and he wouldn't see you, but that doesn't work anymore.

Most places you gotta click on spaces between boxes to get between them.

in the wine toom you hide behind the boxes.
in the bedroom you hide in the closet
in the piano room (were you get the fake book) you hide behind the boxes
and in the underground cellar thingo when you get the exit key you hide in the closet
