Seceret QR Code in Game files [spoilers?]

So i was messing around in the game's texture files and i found something interesting. in the sprites folder there is a image called MS21_01.png which depicts the death screen of the mummy teeth monster from karamari hospital dlc. if you look closely at the second face from the right (the one with a pure red background) there is a seceret QR code(it helps to mess with the contrast and color of the image a bit) has anyone else found this?

For people who can't read QR codes with their phone device, can you write the quote that appears in here, please?

I've done it! By making the image black and white, inverting the colours, changing the brightness/contrast, and also by turning the image into a square (as it is initially a rectangle) I can now read the code.

Wow, congrats for being able to extract that QR code from that image. I wonder what's the connection between the mummy guy and this quote from that baseball player.

Presonnally i think it's just a joke seceret. the quote is probbably just about this game in general.
