Is this jumpscare normal?

I got the disturbing slime (the one with a monster face) jumpscare, but what was more interesting, it was my first jumpscare in this game, happening around 19-25

Unusual, actually. It usually only happens after around room 200, but I guess it's up to RNG if it happens earlier.

Update, around rooms 200-300, i got the bloody skull jumpscare.

What is going on?

In some of my playthroughs, I've gotten the "creepy" popouts as the first jumpscare. Kinda breaks the games false sense of security at the beggining, but whatever.

I'm around room 500 and yesterday i got Howard's room twice. (I guess that's a rare room right?)

I already completed this game and it was good >.<! (I already completed it on Gamejolt but i guess having it on Steam will be better as for now, because it has DLC's and other things.)
