Endless corridor in room 195(new player here)

so i was playing normaly almost reached my checkpoint in room 200 when suddenly i fall in a endless corridor i runned and runned. theres a red room in the end. i never reached. i feel at the begining that feels like a trap. and it was. a ugly red face creature killed me. so whats the deal with this room? if i fall here i will be dead? how do i pass? just walking in the oposite direction, maybe?

In the way beginning, there should be a door on the left. Just go there, and always avoid running into the hallway.

Yeah, it's a rare occurance. Like Solomon said, there's a door on the left that leads to the rest of the house.

Specimen 9 hallway.
There is a door on either side of the hallway just as you enter the room.
Enter one of those and do not go down the middle hall, otherwise there will eventually be no escape and you will be forced to die.
