how many rooms are in the game?

In the normal version (this includes HD renovation) there are 1000 rooms in total. there is an endless mode, and it has an endless amount of rooms.

There is actaully 1004 rooms, thats if you count the end bonus ones (such as the boss fight).

and there are 3 endings, one is a joke ending you get when you turn off specimen and jumpscares in HD renovation.

if your counting extra rooms like that, theres a ton more from the special segments that appear every new 10 (410, 510, 610, etc.)

There are 1000 rooms then a final area where you have to do something. There are also 2 endings, a Good Ending and a Bad Ending. I'll leave it to you to figure out how to get each one.
