for both ending A and B you just need to be below 100 will and kill 5 heroics. you get -40 for each heroic kill and only +1 for dying. you only have to really worry about the lovecraftian enemies in Ilnoth and Caer Sorai, cause they can raise Will as well.
5 heroics arent that hard: Owlking, Ione, Bulwark, Phoenix+2, youre done. throw in dark knight and tundra lord if youre dying etremely often.
IF you want to do all heroics or the secret boss start a fresh character. the lategame heroics(council, endless, thalamus/crow) are a serial pain on ng+ and will probably just leave you frustrated
Edit: i thought ending C would automatically send you to ng+ which is apparently wrong. my bad. so if you are still on ng go for the heroics by all means
To add some further insight, you can still get Ending B with 100+ WILL. WILL only determines if you'll get ending A, but the 5 Heroics are mandatory for both. In NG+, your WILL stat will reset to a flat 100 no matter what its value was; your second run /should/ have less deaths and are much more likely to get Ending A. Besides, there's exclusive bosses in the Ending A and B routes, so you'll want to do them all at least once. NG+ is overall easy until you get to the Heroics, the game doesn't feel terribly well-designed as far as NG+ goes, and difficulty may fluctuate.
Now if the choice is presented to you on your first playthrough by having low WILL, go through that naturally. You'll very likely see Ending A, but commit to Ending B if you made the prerequisite decision rather than resetting.
