Where is the boss Phoenix?

I've gone through NG1 and beat the Ending A boss, but I still haven't killed Phoenix. I only know that at the start of the game Phoenix will show up, but I think that is not counted as a boss? I didn't kill it there.

Hy, dude. This Pheonix is a different one that you fight but it's the same (hope u undestand it). I hope now u can teleport to an new area on a Death Idol, one that's dooown there on the list, same is for the ice giant.
This Immortal on the journal you will only get the books in another gameplay on the NG+, choosing Thalamus gambit and not Death Gambit on the afterlife map. (besides, the name of the immortal is "The Crow").

Hello, thanks for the information. I finally found the Pheonix, which I didn't realize that there's a idol called Orange Forest.
For the second question, I'm not asking about the crow, I know it'll be in the another ending, I'm just wondering where the DLC boss( The 20th one)'s second journal is, since I can only find one.
