Can you save Vrael and Ione from being killed by Endless?
I havn't been able to in the Afterlife expansion.

They'll only be saved in ending A. To get on the ending A route, it requires you to kill 5 heroic bosses and have under 100 will before interacting with the source of immortality.

Forgot to mention a detail.

After meeting the above mentioned requirements, you should side with Death to go the ending A route.
