end game confusion?

playing the game on ps4 atm, when i look at the codex, i see at least 5-6 bosses that i still havent encountered yet and i just beat the last boss ( soruns mother), i know the game will end and put me in NG+ screen as i destroy the stone of immortality, how do i find these bosses ? there is only one place i feel like i havent explored fully, and its in garde tum behind a locked door where a robot appears and says carbon based life form detected kinda stuff, how do i get that locked door open? if i go that path will i encounter those missing bosses eventually? and another question.. in central garden area up in the sky there is a location dont remember what its called, but you do some stuff and a green dot appears in the statue, what do i miss if i dont complete that location?

If you beat Endless, then I'm guessing you already ran into the one creepy kid beforehand? He tells you to go and fight more powerful enemies or something, that's actually supposed to be your hint towards unlocking the rest of the content. If you haven't tried it yet, kill some heroic bosses.

There's still a lot of content left. Once you kill 5 heroics you'll be able to progress further into the game instead of getting NG+ like you did. If you have less than 100 will, you will also get a choice in which path you want to take for the rest of the game instead of being railroaded.


For the puzzle zone, completing it will reward you with recipes for the strongest armors. Also, one of the rewards found there is used for a secret in the game.

I don't know all the bosses you might have missed outside of ones limited to the post-Endless content mentioned above, but some bosses that aren't required to kill up to that point that I remember are Kaern, whose area is below Amulvaros, then the gray magician who is in the labyrinth after you beat the inquisitor, and finally the phoenix riders' 2nd fight, which you can only get to by using the death statue (you need to beat the first phoenix riders heroic fight I think, to unlock the other location).

If your last boss before being prompted to go into ng+ is Endless then it means you haven't met the requirements to go further and unlock the 2 other endings, and you got the basic ending. That's already 3 bosses, + 1 that actualy isn't there yet, and will certainly be added in the coming dlc. Don't know for the others you're missing, if I could see your journal I could tell you which ones you're missing.

As for the sky area with the puzzles and other enigmas, solving them all rewards you with the schematics for the best armor sets in the game, tho you cannot solve them all without a specific item that you can only get through one of those 2 endings I mentionned earlier.

yea a kid told me i dont have what it takes to beat endless but i beat her anyways because i already finished og deaths gambit on ps4 like 6 times im so used to the endless boss fights and all variants

my will is definetely above 100, cant rememeber well but it was like 138 or something, already beat 3 heroic fights so far so i beat 2 more and make it total 5 and after that destroy the stone of immortality? and then game puts me in a different ending instead of NG+?

or just because i beat endless without meeting specific reqs now im stuck with that basic ending? or can i still recover and explore the rest of the content without destroying the immortality stone ofc

If you kill 5 heroics and interact with the source, you'll go to a new area. There you will have two paths you can take in the form of a decision, that each lead you to different endings, A and B), each one taking you to a different area (you can only pick one, so you'll have to NG+ if you want to try the other path). One of the paths requires less than 100 will to take, but each heroic drops will by like 30-40 points so it's still possible to get for you.

This will lead you to new areas and new bosses (the garde tum area you couldn't enter before will open up on path A, for example).

To answer this, yes, you can kill endless, since that doesn't end the game, as long as you kill 5 bosses before touching the source, you'll be good.

each heroic boss killed lowers your will by 30 points. not more. not less. this only works ONCE per boss. so aslong as you do not die too much its easy to stay below 100 will. and once you have killed 5 heroics your will wont go up by dying anymore. so even if you end up with les say 125 will after 5 heroics you just need to kill 1 more and then youre below 100 will.
after that interact with the source. something new will happen. DO NOT DESTROY the source.
you pretty much got the bad ending for now. endless isnt the final boss anymore in afterlife.

why does energy class weapons/guns deal the same dmg after upgrading it to like +5 +6 its so stupid, found assault drone, basic damage was like 6 upgraded to +6 now it deals 7 dmg wtf and i have 80 str, wanna play with guns but they are ridiculously weak

Might be a bug, Guns are supposed to do more damage at higher levels my +11 Lancer does around 125 dmg. Guns are weak and have limited use because the original games guns were ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid with them being able to fire so as you had energy.

yea i just dont get it, for example the axe you get from thalamus i cant remember its name the axe makes you lose hp everytime you hit something, it shows 256 damage (+5 version) on inventory but when i actually attack, it always deals 183 damage this is so weird

The lack of will increase is not correct for, at the very least, wraith king
