Health is draining after getting hit

Hi, I couldn't catch the trigger here but I think it started wirh Grey Wanderer. Right now whenever I get hit my health starts to drop continuosly as 10 points. It is not poison and I tried to cure it already. Am I missing something or this is a bug?

Are you wearing the Occult Helm by chance? It provides strong boost to STR and FIN, but at a certain health threshold, you lose 10hp every second.
