The crow heroic mode

The fight is cool, parrying him is very enjoyable.
and the mobs phases are not too boring.

Just a problem, his energy steal. I don't really understand how it works. I can down his life down to 40% and after his energy is full and he oneshoots me. Is there a method to prevent his energy to grow ?

He steals your energy, so how do you prevent this? Simple. Have no energy.

Spam abilities if you can, equip abilities with relatively low cooldowns. don't wear the Fallen Angel's Thesis unless you like dying. If this is NG+ and you have access to Xyar's Chrono Break, then you have nothing to worry about.

From my experience with several fights against H.Crow, his threshold is 60 energy. If you have more than that, he'll steal it.

Oh, and if you get hit by him, he'll give you a """buff""" that raises your energy gained for a few seconds.

Thank you so much for your answers. An underlying question was to know the threshold and to know that is 60, it will help me a lot !
I don't know if there is a better class than another but death accolyte with all these small adds is not really indicated in term of energy gain !
I can reach now the last phase and I am sure to beat him very soon !

Oh definitely; ironically Acolyte's great against Death. Big worry is if you went something like Assassin. Should be able to easily maintain your energy bar with reap.
