How will you play the game?

Keyboard, Xbox controller, DS4? What game does this remind you of and whats your favorite platformer/metroidvania?

Gamepad for me as well. Actually I was just playing Castle in the Darkness last night, and one of the early bosses there looks a lot like a giant knight boss in the promo video for DG. The one with the buster sword look-alike.

Favorite metroidvania? Hmm, might be Unepic tbh

I havent heard of unpic before, are there alot of bossfights?

Yea, each of the castles areas has it's own boss fight, and there's a few minibosses too. It's a pretty great game. I've played through it a number of times with different builds.

the good old 360, I upgraded to the Xbox One controller but didnt like it as much, returned and got a DS4, seemed like a way better upgrade

Steam Controller of course. Used to use Xbox controller, then I found Steam Controller! Still may pick up a use PS4 controller just for the Dpad, for all my 2D games. Though Steam Controller has been awesome, with all its updates and added functions.

typiically platformers dont incorperate mouse into the contol scheme so it will be cool to see if this game does it

Yeah, I'm hoping this will be a better looking Salt and Sanctuary with slightly snappier combat.
