Theurgist Aura still doesnt work

its been a year, and several patches.. and theurgist aura stil doesnt work... really guys? how hard is it to make a damn aura work... its works for 2 seconds after equping, then does nothing. usless. FIX IT FOR F***S sake

any weapons/skill set. the one i would like to use with the build is obviously the spellblade... so what happens when i use it is. il get the fiery effect and damage buff for literally one attack after equiping it. then the visual effect and damage will return to what it was if i used any other aura. its been like this for me since the game came out.. i dunno what causes it.. but im sure thats not how its supposed to function.. it will work for a few seconds after equiping it enough to literal attack one time with it working before the visual effect goes away, along with my damage returning to normal, no longer scaling with int, and no longer being fire. it happens with ANY weapon.

I think the main issue here is that the description isn't clear enough. The spell blade already scales with Intellect so this aura will have no effect on it besides give your attacks "fire" type damage. You can tell it works because enemies in obsidian vale are weak to fire. Equip this aura and attack enemies there and you will see the damage is higher. If you were to say equip a greatsword (assuming you have a lot of INT) you should deal more damage with this aura equipped.

All that said I may still be wrong and there might be a way for this aura to not give the desired effect. After testing for a bit, this aura still works correctly on my side. We'll continue to look into this though. We will also update the item description to clarify this.

no yeah i get what its suposed to do. even with using say, a sythe with the aura. my damage will be increased and be of fire type, for exacatly 2 seconds after equiping. then the effect goes away and my damage returns to normal. (how it was beofre equiping the aura) ive tried with all weapons and have checked my damage thoroughly. it works for 2 seconds, then stops, if i un equip it, then put it back on, same thing. few seconds, then returns to as if im not using the aura at all

okay... i fixed it. and its a weird fix.. i removed the pre order bonus items i got. started up the game.. and the aura works. tested with several weapons with and without. works as it should. put the pre order items back on, and it it doesnt work again. Really strange.. but at least this might narrow down the problem.. the pre order items arnt a big deal so im fine with playing without them.. just weird.
