Fallen Angel's Thesis
I read that you need to rematch againts Endless to get this, thing is.... don't the game usually ends with the closing cinematics as soon as you beat her?

No, you can rematch her when the final choice appears

Endless battle gets completed, and you have he option of destroying the source (and immediately starting NG+) OR leaving to do other things.

If you opt to not destroy the source at that time, then you can do Heroic Endless.

Her heroic mode makes her the hardest boss in the game btw and her 70% damage debuff is extremely debilitating...

That said if you beat her you get Fallen Angel's Thesis which offers crazy energy regen and is one of the best aura's in the game.

yeah it helps me throughout the game with The Swarm I even stop using my normal longsword attacks for 3/4 of the progression
