Are the heroic bosses much harder in NG+?

I'm getting creamed by Endless and bysurge just due to their sheer HP pool, is it worth fighting in NG+ insteaD?

No, absolutly no ! They are much much harder in NG+ :(

You need to pump into your main damage stat like crazy. Best farming i'd say is in amulvaro's, the first big dude you see upon entering. Kill it and respawn it on the adjacent statue. Put all your plumes into damage for that. Also use the +15% shards aura.

Did you kill Heroic Eldrich? I did kill Bysurge, got a solid strat for it.

If you want to keep playing to defeat the heroic bosses, DO NOT go new game plus

Just keep farming by re-killing Owl King. He gives you over 500 soul and one +4 helmet (disenchant it for stone) each time. Heroic Rematch -> Kill him, get the +4 helmet -> Go to the blackout cut on the right side -> Comeback and Heroic Rematch etc. You don't need to rest at the death statue so the farming is extremely fast. Each run (from Heroic Rematch to the next Heroic Rematch) takes me about 20 seconds.
When you are confident you can try Endless and Bysurge whom are real DPS test
