Report a translation problem
It works kinda like in Bloodborne, but with way longer messages.
BUT if I try to read the note, it crashes the game.
The notes look like tutorial graves.
The item is called "Nexus Stone" and it's also translated for germany.

EDIT: It's a one-time-use item and even if I want all items again, I don't get this stone back.
Yeah, the devs wanted it to be a 100% singleplayer experience, but it's kinda interesting to see such a item in the game that works to 50% and is also translated in different languages, so the idea got scrapped late in development.
Looking @ the development cycle and some of the cut content / code, they clearly wanted to do that Souls / Salt & Sanctuary quasi-online thing where:
Online death per boss were compared with your own (S&S candle system)
Notes to other players (Souls)
Hope stat / modifier? I think this is where FEA(r) is left over from - looks like at one point you could get +HOP(e) from striking mobs / bosses? This mechanic is all but cut, but it's clearly a system that was kept until the late (3/4's done) stage
There's lots more - I suspect they simply couldn't get the netcode to work / couldn't justify the time already burnt on wasted systems and cut their losses.
p.s.
This looks like White Rabbit *really* needed a proper Content Manager / Production Manager in the mix - so many discarded half-done systems / ideas, it's a bit of a car-crash tbh.
