Where is the Energy Cell?

You'll eventually find it in one of the last areas. You'll get a timer once you pick it up and you'll need to speedrun to where it's asking you for it.

I've been looking for the energy cell as well. Is it located close to the boss encounter? I feel like I've been through about 95% of the area. Thanks in advance!

It's not in Garde Tum. You'll find it in the Observatory, the area you get to from the locked elevator in Sanctuary.

It's not in Garde Tum. You'll find it in the Observatory, the area you get to from the locked elevator in Sanctuary.
