Asking for CD

Has anyone fixed the issue where it asks for the CD? I was able to get the Clone Campaign to work, but I still can't figure out the CD thing.

Download one of the No-CD cracks to fix this issue. The old disk copy patches will work fine on the Steam release.

This won't cause any issues with multiplayer?

Not as far as I've ever seen, I've played quite a few games with it. BUT, I still can't launch the game from Steam itself, I have to go into the files and launch the Battlegrounds_x1.exe. It's a suprise this got released on Steam in such a state.

I'm getting the error message "Video not available. Cannot find 'vids:IV50' decompressor. It opens with a white screen and sound is playing. After intro is done, nothing else happens. Someone please help. I tried searching the web but cannot find anything

My first suggestion is to go directly to the .exe files and set them all to Windows XP Service Pack 2 compatibility mode.
