In the files section but also in the summary section that you see, if you scroll down with your mouse, you find all the files that you can download.
Currently after installing the game, you just download version 1.5.0 (FULL), open the RAR file and extract the files into the game installation folder, however in the RAR file you find all the PDF you need to help you with the installation.
On this moddb page then, you also find all the links you may need.
The discord channel is the best place, if you want to ask questions or get clarification.
When the mod is updated you will then have to update with the new one by downloading and installing it, just as you did with the previous one.
If you have the game still installed on your PC, you can easily download the version (PATCH ONLY!) without each time download the FULL version at each future update.
Last thing, if you want to start the mod directly from the Steam library, right click the name of the game in the library and in the "Properties" in the "General" section under the option "Startup Options" paste at the end of the string, after leaving a space this command below:
%command%
The campaign missions that you find in the Custom Scenarios, are cut content, they have nothing to do with the two singleplayer campaigns.
The other info is that the missions in the original Custom Scenarios made by the devs, are not all there; the Steam version doesn't have some missions that were on the CD instead.
This is a topic already discussed extensively, if you ask in the EF mod discord, there should be a user or two who have made these missions available via download.
