It adds a ton to the game, installing it is a little confusing but still doable
Then here in the forum you can easily find how to set up Steam, so that starting the game with mod installed, starts directly from here (so Steam also takes into account the hours spent on it).
On EF discord then you can directly talk to other users who have created personal mini-mods, and ask them directly about the sites where they have uploaded files.
