Star Wars age of empires?
I happened upon this game, and from what I see this looks a lot like age of empires? is it basicly starwars age of empires? cause if so that would be great!

Yeah pretty much. From my experience the AI is better than AoE 2 but other than that it is just an awesome overhaul. :steamhappy:

It is just a re-skin pre The Conquerers Patch of AOEII
Then someone upped the AI forces production rates to compensate for a poor AI.

Not a reskin. It *is* the AOE2 engine, but it plays very differently.

It was created by the same team that made Age of Empires 2 with the support and direction of LucasFilm. The game is hell different from any other Age of Empires, but has the same engine that AoE II had, only that.

Not quite the same engine - AOE2 for instance has no support for monks that can also attack, no shielding, no power, and works less nicely for different graphics for every civ.

Also no fliers.

its still the genie engine tho that operates aoe1,2 and their expansions.

It's still the same game engine. Just different 'rules' and artwork.
