Disable Air Cruisers
Too OP unit, and it's too easy to sneak them in enemy area and they do too much damage too fast and can be microed, please remove them or let us least be able to disable them.

They are easily taken out with anti-air, so NOT OP at all.

The game is no longer being worked on. It hasn't been in over 14 years. If you're looking for change, you're looking in the wrong place.

Yearh, I said the same for Age of Empires 2 and Age of Mythology they are older than SW GB, yet the former games got expantion packs, even AoE II got 3 expantions, never say never!

With good micro you can put it in places where it really hurts, which is called skilled play.

Those were HD rereleases. Galactic Battlegrounds is the original game.

Ah yes, skilled play. Look pal, you're not going to "sneak" that monster in anywhere. It's slower than Democrat molasses and it can only tank so much. One lone fighter could take it out. You want to keep it alive, send it with an escort. Send it with an escort, the only way it gets past you is if you're a moron. Moral of the story: use lots of anti-air mobiles, don't bunch up infantry in the same place, and keep fighters in reserve to deal with ground and air emergencies.

Creating your own map for say or defult loading one in scenario editor should have tools to disable individual units somewhere. Only for that individual map

The agame is fine. And it is a 1998 game useing 1998 Ages of the Empire tech. I think your looking into the game too much.

Like Derp Dolphin said, create your own map, can use a random seed map, and go to the TECH section, and locate the air ships and put them on the dissable list for all factions your going to fight. Or build up some anti-air towers, upgrade them, and build a air force. The air ships do not last long against a fleet of fighters.. Trust me on this.. I am either pounding the enemy with 15 air ships and shooting down the enemy air ships with a small squad of fighters..
