How do I meditate?
It says I need to meditate to get rid of my illness. I'm a beginner what do i do?

Click on illness, you will be given 4 options. Inviting a player is the quickest one.

Just go to the clinic in the multiplayer map, at least 3 people will pounce on you to try and heal you. You don't even need to talk or anything... just accept, give them a few likes and leave.
