WIndows 10 64bit resolution change fix

Hey thought id post this to help anyone whom has a change and resolution issue. If you setthe launch options in properties for the game to -full -w 1280 -h 720 you will be able to change the resolution in games to that stated or your own choice if it is offered in the display settings in game. Hope that makes sense!

Too bad you still can't set proper wide-screen e.g. a 3840 x 1080.
