Patch 1.76 USA

I'm trying to install Patch 1.76 USA but I keep getting an error message "cannot locate locomotion, any version, on computer" Is there a way to install the patch for steam version or is it already installed through steam updates?

steam has the Patch 1.76 (2005) but more the EU version of it

as the maps are EU only

Yes when you download a game from steam (unless it's an Electronic Arts game) it's (almost) always up to date.

Not in this case. The version on Steam is 4.02.039. The latest version is 4.02.176, which is what the 1.76 patch installs.

I guess it might be because of the release date? I'm not sure...
