Is there a way to play the tutorial again?

I haven't played this game in years and completely don't remember how to play anymore. Couldn't find any way to go through the tutorial again.

In Play Mode (not Play+) just play through the levels again, and you'll be able to replay the tutorial section. They're basically a part of the levels themselves, as opposed to a separate mode.

I tried playing the first level again and didn't notice a tutorial.

Like mentioned - there's no distinct tutorial. In regular play, the first 6 levels have a "tutorial", being that it introduces you to a quick mechanic before beginning the regular sublevels. In terms of learning the whole game again, start on level 1. It should pop up the tutorial cues if you haven't disabled the HUD in the options menu. Check that!
