No calibration?

Does this game really not have calibration? Different devices & setups will have varying amounts of input/audio latency, particularly when using a wireless keyboard (as I do). Contrary to popular belief, this variation can easily be large enough to be noticeable. Rhythm games where I have to hit all notes a bit early are pretty much unplayable to me, so I'll probably refund the game until it gets added.

It is really unfortunate, but the game doesn't have calibration. And there's (likely) going to be no more updates from now on.
I believe it was played around with shortly after release, but it wasn't anything that worked.
Personally I think you should try using a wired keyboard. The game is awesome, and there's a huge custom level scene where you can find more things to play after the campaign.
