However, I can say that it's likely not going to be another rhythm game. Thumper stood out as a big success and it took 7 years to develop. To do another rhythm game would probably drain them out fast.
Thumper has a large modding community dedicated to making custom levels for the game in a discord.
Brian (the musician for Thumper and dev for the levels) is still going around with his band Lightning Bolt. Last I heard, he just came off tour a few months ago I believe?
