Quick Restart Button

After 4 hours, the only problem I really had with the game was that it doesn't have a quick restart. It's faster to kill myself than to hit reset to last checkpoint. Can you please add a quick restart to maybe Select, or Y?

Outside of that, fantastic game, I can't wait to play it again already!

That's what I noticed as well. If I mess up it's faster to just let it go and die on the next thing than to do a restart from checkpoint.

This is actually my only suggestion thus far too. Would love a quick restart button to speed up retries of certain sections!

Yeah, I am quickly finding myself wanting this. Just a button that I can press to immediately restart from the last checkpoint after screwing something up if I want to do a better job of it.

I'd rather it just restart when I press LB instead of going to any menu(like how Trials does it) but hey this is better than it was so I thank you for doing it. :D

Also, the bit about speeding up menu transitions is great too as that sluggishness had been a big part of why restarting a checkpoint through the menu had been frustrating before; you've taken care of that even without anyone explicitly mentioning it. Even though the quick restart is now in the game, would you consider moving restart to be the second option under Resume in the pause menu instead of the third under Options?Even with quick restart, the full level restart is probably still a more frequently accessed menu selection than Options.
