I have to run the game in Dx9 legacy mode. Is there a fix?

I have i7. hd7950 3gb. 16gb Ram. win 7. Drivers and stuff seem up to date.

I think the HD 7950 is a bit below our minimum spec, but it should be OK for the game. Are you able to play other DirectX 11 games with it? FWIW, the DX9 mode is basically identical to the DX11 one, so you're not missing out on anything,

I can run just about anything in DX11. Total War. I believe DOOM 2016 is also DX11. I have played so many games on this system already. Men of War Assault Squad 2 is running in DX11. Just about anything that has DX11 I can run in DX11 except this.
