Anyways, from what I've heard, nope, even though you can buy units with Medals in the mobile versions. Would be nice if they update the game the same way, but chances are they'll always be expensive DLC. >_>

Got this one too well i think you cant unlock the dlc units but still a friggin lot :)

You can unlock 1 unit in every boss area (except for the last yellow world) and the last stage of most maps and there are two free units for login in days 7 and 30, some of them are really nice actually and can help you make a strong deck, but we cant unlock shop units by playing at the moment.

I would advise you to hold on your medals for a while and see if the devs decide to allow us to purchase units with them like in mobiles, its not like you have anything nice to spend them in right now anyway.

Well you can spend them to regain your mission points... this way you can level up really fast and free all prisoners... i dont believe the purchased units will be to op... just play casual missions and free prisoners...

I suppose you could do that if the game is going to stay as is, but at least until we have an official statement that there will be no units for medals you should keep them or you are going to regret using them, snk said in their facebook page that this is a beta so hopefully it will still undergo some changes.

If they want to keep it where you cant use medals to buy units like the phone version, the least they could do is make most of if not all units obtainable by beating all boss fights and such.

I think we are all hoping on that. Was a strange choice anyway. Who is going to buy Mordens Army when they are all (intentionally) garbage anyway? Even worse the best Morden units are free!

I'd also like them to patch it so we can play vs android users because this games playerbase is very tiny!

I would prefer a fair pay version of this game. The mobile version is much more fair like the Steam version.

Get the Elephant Slug and do some challenges until you have enough MSP to level up your troops. Now that the SV-001 is no longer bugged, it should be quite helpful against bosses.
