AI from Stalingrad works in Blitzkrieg, because it's exactly same AI but with extra lines of scripting. AI from CMC would PROBABLY work in Blitzkrieg for same reason.
Replacing AI from CMC with AI from Stalingrad though, would result with missing logics unique to CMC, which may break AI, or more likely just crash game outright.
For this to work, you'd have to merge AI from both games, which unfortunately isn't as simple as copypasting unique code from both games into one file. You'd need someone who actually understands it.
It makes sense too because Ice Crusade did come out a couple months after Stalingrad. Some engine related things might've bled over into the other project.
I didn't say it did or not. I just said it was possible. I didn't test it.
I was reading on some older forum posts on a dedicated CMC/IC modding forum about it and someone mentioned that to get better AI in CMC like it is in Stalingrad, to use the IC ai logic file. It was implied that the IC AI was updated.
I mean, both games had the same publisher and Ice Crusade did come out after Stalingrad. It definitely would've been possible that that they shared data with each other, or that the devs for IC took notes about the AI changes.
The AI logic file isn't the same for IC compared to CMC regardless. It definitely had been updated but not like it is in Stalingrad.
Other new feature is, you can set limit for units, so no more can be purchased.

In the Caribbean Crisis, this alojik does not work because the engine is at least the same, but it is modified by the game developers! For example, unlike the original Blitzkrieg, the infantry digs trenches for itself and there is a limit on fuel and ammunition with spare parts)
Get trolled
It seems like no one knows either or anyone has made a guide, seems like the soviets are never able to catch up to USA military wise

What is the intended consequence of allowing units to shoot through buildings?
What?
