Elven Rage Doesn't Work in Shadows of the Past Mission

Hi,
Just installed this for the first time, so latest version. Celebrimbor's first mission where he remember's elven rage skill: it doesn't activate.

Tried standing still while might was full. Tried turning off all notifications. This is the same as activating the ring in Shadows of war right? I've tried rebinding the '5' key. I'm at a loss.

Would be a shame to stop playing this as I'm really enjoying it, but if I can't find a solution to this then the game is essentially broken.

Might has nothing to do with it. You need to fill the blue bar to full.

so the top bar/s on your HUD are Might (you can get a skill that gives you two bars), which is used for executions and the like.
Elven Rage is the blue meter up the Right side of your health/HUD.
