Multi Skill Mod?

Tried to find this thing but couldn't, until I did. I downloaded it from a somewhat sketchy site but everything was fine, problem is the mod doesn't seem to work at all. It isn't off of github, but a regular site so I got an actual .dll and .ini file, rather than VS BS. I have the mod dll thing from NexusMods, but the mod still doesn't work.

Been trying for ages, I just want to be able to resurrect the trolls and caragors at the same time. Do I HAVE to use the special mod loader, that has a chance to crash, and crashes whenever you open settings? Or is there something that I'm just not getting?

I'm using this, but once you select a skill you can't uncheck it unfortunately. My mighty shoty for example has been swaping between poison and fire on random because of that

I figured it out and somehow spliced both mod loaders into my game. It works, and I have configured the button. Very sadly though, I swear when I first did it it worked a few times, but resurrecting trolls / beasts are mutually exclusive, can still also revive captains though
