Report a translation problem
I'm pretty sure I've not actually seen that happen, but I won't discount it outright.
I.E after taking over a fort it's a chance a unknown orc will be set as a war chief and your fort will be mixed of yours and said chief fighting nonstop. Another example when having no orc captions in a region and taking a fort on your own it's a chance the game will give you free orcs to choose for overlord with a chance of one having unbreakable trait.
Honestly, I'm just going to send him in for the rest and even the overlord and see if he can succeed. I'll make him overlord if he does.
