New game in the Middle-Earth series?

With David Zaslav at the helm, do you think Monolith will be free to create another Middle-Earth game? Or perhaps given to another developer?

Does WB still have the correct permissions to develop and release another game, or do they need to re-licence from Embracer (I think it's Embracer with the digital game rights?)

I'd personally love another entry. There's plenty to delve into, and I'm sure somebody has made progress on the Nemesis system. I'd be very disappointed to not see another fantasy Nemesis setting, even if it's not Middle-Earth (let's be honest, literally nobody is looking forward to Wonder Woman).
