Na, mods arent big deal here.
There are no cosmetic, skin, or weapon mods for this game. I don't count the "Visual" mods, since the game already has its own graphics upgrade, and all those actually do is change the contrast and lighting - hardly a visual upgrade.
Cosmetic changes are perfectly fine, but a lot of us get hot at the collar when we encounter Uruks and Ologs some jerk decided to give ALL Immunities, and Tribe Skills that they could not possibly otherwise have.
If all you want to do is make Cosmetic changes to Uruks/Ologs, then by all means - pick up CE and have some fun. But if you make an OP Follower, try to keep it as a Bodyguard, and not an Overlord.
Some of the folks here specifically don't play online sieges because they encountered unkillable cheated Overlords and Warchiefs.
Now wondering why those cheater OV often have 4 kills only xd.

This. Or something I personally like to do, which is recreating lost SoM Nemeses from both myself as well as my pals and, afterwards, battling them (no worries about them being OP, since those are SoM-related and thus they come with their own weaknesses; not to mention those get Unbreakable as well just in case they end up being a big temptation~
