If you are STOP, STOP. That Demo is HORRIBUL.
-------------------------
If you are referring to the Present state of the game, I couldn't really tell. But there was considerable time between when I played SOM and SOW. I felt it flowed well.
Not saying your view doesn't have merit. Just saying I didn't feel the final game went that way.
definitely not the demo, I moved straight for Mordor to War and it just feels...worse. Its hard to put into words but it feels like they made the combat worse so they could focus on the uruk army mechanics more.
You can't be playing on the Nemesis difficulty. The Orcs in that mode will punish button mashing. Weapon attributes and having the right gear and skill setup for the right opponent is critical.
