Steps to import a downloaded save game?

Has anyone tried using the 100% save games off of nexus? if so, what are the steps needed to correctly install? i downloaded the file but the mod author did not include the steps to install it.

The Shadow of Mordor and Shadow Of War reddit's are one and the same, because the games are objectively identical. It confused the crud out of me the first time or two I visited it, as well.
