and yes, Garrision is for online raids; it was a way for you to be able to add Orcs to your personal game, from others' games, without ruining or upsetting your current forts.
Hello there! If you want to add a Captain(s) to your Garrison, select him first in the army screen. (He must belong to you.)
Go to Training Orders.
Spend 1,000 Miriam to send this Orc/Olog to your Garrison.
he is now saved in your Garrison, and can be placed in your other territories.
